Neosens shoes, created as a spin-off of Art, are designed for fashion gourmets who appreciate quality and love the baroque chic style. Neosens shoes are produced drawing on a vast knowledge of traditional manufacturing, as well as new technologies; everything is quality and comfort oriented; and great attention is paid to the materials used in the production. With such a combination of traditional and modern elements in shoe production and design, Neosens differs completely from other manufacturers. Handwork in almost all stages of production makes each pair of shoes unique. Neosens collections are inspired by wabi-sabi. Wabi is an expression for beauty which is paradoxically achieved through imperfection or asymmetry, while sabi stands for beauty acquired through the process of aging, like the patina on bronze or silver. Thus, several techniques are used while processing and dyeing leather in order to achieve the effect of irregularities or imperfections. Sometimes, the dyes are applied to the leather manually (using a sponge), resulting in uneven leather colors of different shades. Manual leather brushing and use of a special cream create a natural aging effect. In this way, Neosens shoes acquire a distinctive quality and significance, thus becoming shoes with personality.
